Nice welcome drink and dessert at check-in. Good location near the university with easy access to food delivery.
It wasn't inexpensive but still reasonable.

An experience riddled with dissatisfaction. Requests for assistance were ignored, forcing repeated trips to the front desk. As a disabled veteran, these obstacles were particularly challenging. The fire alarm beeped endlessly due to low batteries, and it took over an hour for help to materialize — I ended up buying my own battery. Room cleanliness was lacking; food debris littered the hallways. The double charge on my card remains unresolved days later, complicating my finances. On a brighter note, the staff was accommodating when approached. unpreparedness in housekeeping, maintenance, and communication is glaring. This establishment needs to reassess its operational readiness before accepting guests again. I cannot recommend it for longer stays.

The rooms were extremely spacious and perfect for relaxing after a long trip. I loved the heated indoor pool and the jacuzzi—it was a little slice of paradise! The staff made us feel right at home, and the location couldn’t be better.
Totally recommend! ❤️🌟

The location is super convenient for exploring. The double Queen room is spacious and perfect for a family. The staff is nice and they have plenty of parking.
There's a musty smell lingering around like an old library.

So, we recently stayed at the Millennium and I have to say, it wasn't the best experience. First off, let's talk about the room amenities. The ironing facilities were a bit outdated and didn't work properly, which was a bit frustrating. The heating in the room was also a bit wonky , it kept turning off randomly, leaving us either too hot or too cold. The air conditioning was also not the best, it struggled to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. the hotel did provide tea and coffee facilities in the room, which was a nice touch. the sitting area in our room was quite small and cramped, not really the relaxing space we were hoping for. there was no garden furniture outside which was a shame as we would have loved to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. In terms of bathroom amenities, the free toiletries provided were basic and nothing to write home about. The AM/FM alarm clock was a nice addition, but the direct dial telephone in the room seemed outdated and barely worked. The flat, screen TV was a good size, but the channels were limited and the reception was poor at times. The carpeted floors in the room looked worn out and could definitely use a deep clean. Housekeeping was a bit hit or miss , they didn't always replenish our towels or toiletries without us having to request them. Unfortunately, the hotel lacked in additional services as well. The shops and commercial services were limited and the laundry facilities were not up to par. The shuttle service promised was inconsistent and we ended up having to pay for a taxi instead. our stay at the Millennium was a bit disappointing.

Clean rooms, clean facilities with a comfortable bed that made for a restful night and a convenient location that provided easy access to plenty of nearby dining options.
All was good.

The location was convenient, close to I-85. The room was spacious, but the beds were uncomfortable and the linens appeared dingy. Temperature control was basic, with no fan in the bathroom for ventilation. The mini fridge didn’t keep items cold. Noise levels were acceptable, but a fly in the room was unwelcoming. The cleaning service was inconsistent; we requested extra blankets but received no assistance. The lock on my door malfunctioned, requiring a room change, and communication with staff was lacking. The desk lamp didn’t work, which was frustrating. The hotel had potential, but improvements are needed.

I just had the worst experience at a hotel. The check-in took forever, and the room was a disaster: a shower that sprayed everywhere, flickering lights, and a random woman's claim of someone else showering in her room? Seriously unsettling.

The bed was heaven for my bad back! So comfy! Room close to exit, super easy to come and go! Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
What a mess! Had to change rooms due to a broken lock, no one cared.

A convenient location near local attractions. The shuttle service was a nice touch.
It felt like I was in an abandoned place from a horror movie.

Great location, close to Duke venues and highways. The front desk staff was excellent, patient, and attentive. Multiple entrances made it convenient to access the room easily.
Rooms were not very clean, had a musty smell and coffee stains. Extra fees were charged unexpectedly.

The hotel's prime location and spacious room with a big TV were perfect for our needs as young families. The check-in experience was top-notch, with helpful local amenity recommendations and easy access to the nearby highway.
Felt so relaxed, no complaints whatsoever.

we liked the location of the hotel and the size of the room at Millennium was great. the beds themselves were ok but not great. the attendant at the desk was very kind and friendly. there was a maintenance man named Thomas who was very eager to help as my husband just had surgery and was weak. he happily brought a refrigerator to the room and even showed us where the ice machine and microwave were located. we were snowed in and the employees tried hard to accommodate us, which was a hard thing to do when 100% of the people staying were stuck and couldn’t go anywhere else.
Nothing, it is perfect 😊
